I’m doing the Coast Mountain Circle Route on Sunday (PNW Cruise 2019 Route) if anyone is interested. Just a straight 7- 8 hour shot.

Yeah I saw that.  We hit Granville island back in July-ish.  It was weird to be able to drive in and get a parking spot without the usual 2 or 3 laps.  Was it still dead there?
